Dianne Palladino

Director of Research and Evaluation at National Recreation and Park Association

Dianne Palladino, Ph.D. [she/her] is NRPA’s Director of Research and Evaluation. Dianne originally joined NRPA in 2020 to build and oversee evaluation activities and strategy, and she now heads the research and evaluation portfolio for the association. Prior to NRPA, Dianne worked in and managed research and/or evaluation for almost 20 years, serving several diverse fields that have provided a breadth of experience and knowledge that often bring fresh perspectives to information provision and impact measurement activities at NRPA. She and her team are passionate about ensuring that all agencies, no matter their size, resources, or community composition, have equitable access to the data they need for effective decision- and case-making. She holds undergraduate degrees from Clarkson University and Georgia Institute of Technology, and she earned her Ph.D. at Carnegie Mellon University.
