The Full Conference Package provides you with the best value and benefits. The price includes full access to all educational sessions, registration for Mobile Workshops (no additional fees, space permitting), and the option to participate in Weekend Tours (additional fees apply, space permitting).

The price also includes the Opening and Closing Receptions and Exhibitor Happy Hour, which include food (passed hors d’oeuvres and stations) and beverages that for some are sufficient while others may desire a light meal afterward. The Full Conference Package also includes the Ice Cream Social, coffee and tea on Monday and Tuesday mornings, and a boxed lunch Tuesday afternoon. Lunch is “on your own” on Monday.

We also offer the option to bring a guest to the conference (see Guests description below).

The Single Day Rate allows you to purchase one full day of the conference (you may only purchase one single-day rate). The rate includes full access to all educational sessions, the ability to register for a Mobile Workshop on the conference day selected (no additional fees; space permitting), and morning beverage service on the conference day selected.

If you sign up for the Monday of the conference, you may attend the Exhibitor Happy Hour at no additional charge. You may also add the option to attend the Sunday Opening Reception at an additional charge of $150. If you sign up for the Tuesday of the conference, you will receive a boxed lunch as well as participate in the Ice-Cream Social at no additional charge. You may also add the option to attend the Tuesday Closing Reception at an additional charge of $150.

The Single Day Rate excludes Weekend Tours and the ability to bring a guest.

Guests

Conference attendees are encouraged to bring their spouses or partners to join Greater & Greener 2024 with special options and programming. When registering for the Greater & Greener Full Conference Program, you will have an opportunity to add a guest(s) to your registration. The registration fee for guests of CPA members (in good standing) is $300; for non-CPA members, the guest fee is $350. This fee includes attendance at the Opening Reception on June 23, 2024, and the Closing Reception on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. Guests may also register for Weekend Tours at the published rate. Guests are not permitted to attend any educational sessions (keynote, plenary sessions, breakout sessions, or mobile workshops) or the Exhibitor’s Reception. Single Day Rate registrants cannot bring guests to Greater & Greener programming and offerings.

Registration Note: If you are registering for the conference and wish to bring colleagues who will attend educational sessions, please do not use the guest function during the registration process. Anyone who wishes to participate in educational programming must register for the conference.

Weekend Tours

Get a head start visiting Seattle’s finest parks and green spaces by signing up for these fun, outdoor adventures. Sign up early as tour spaces are limited. Weekend Tours range in price based on length, meals, and equipment rentals that may be included in the tour package.

Mobile Workshops

Mobile Workshops offer you an opportunity to get outside and complement the indoor learning of our educational sessions. While Mobile Workshops are included in your conference fee, we encourage you to select the Mobile Workshop(s) that interest you during the registration process as these workshops are limited by capacity. Priority is given to those who pre-register. If space is available on the workshop day, we can accommodate onsite requests until capacity is reached.

Finding Funding to Attend Greater & Greener 2024

City Parks Alliance seeks to offer the highest quality conference at the lowest possible rate–in fact, more than 60% of the actual costs to attend are subsidized by our sponsors. There are multiple ways to save on registration fees, including early bird registration, membership discounts, and a significantly reduced rate for speakers who wish to attend the full conference. (Selected speakers also have the option of buying a single-day registration or just attending their own session for free.)
