In her current role as Local Market Executive, Vania leads and executes the firm’s broad strategic vision and philanthropic engagement in the Miami market across all lines of business. Her work is guided by the common purpose of making financial lives better, through the development of strong partnerships with nonprofit organizations focused on issues fundamental to economic mobility in low – to moderate–income communities, with a focus on improving the lives of individuals and families by investing in health, jobs, and strengthening the broader community’s vitality.
Vania is also engaged in the delivery of the full scope of the enterprise’s resources to associates toward the fulfillment of their career goals and objectives.
