Teresa Rayburn is a Human Resources Manager with the Seattle Parks and Recreation Department in the City of Seattle. She has been a certified Professional in Human Resources since 2002 and became a SHRM Senior Certified Professional in 2022.
Teresa has an employee-centered outlook and strives to create a workplace where employees succeed and thrive. She strives to eliminate barriers to access and provide employees with equitable opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Teresa earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Western Washington University and minored in Psychology and Art History. She has been a City of Seattle Employee for over 15 years and looks forward to many more years of serving others and giving back to the community.
