Ruth has been the manager of the Seattle Conservation Corps since 2016. She has over 25 years of experience creating employment and education programs for under-resourced people.
Prior to working for Seattle Parks and Recreation, she was the Director of YouthCare’s Orion Center, a downtown Seattle hub for homeless youth. She has master’s degrees in Education and Public Administration.
When not working, she plays bridge, transforms society, and is an active aunt to many nieces.
