Oliver Bazinet

Oliver Bazinet is a strategic advisor in the Planning and Capital Development Branch of Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR). He’s spent much of his career with SPR focusing on sustainable and equitable asset management, capital planning, and performance measurement. He developed monitoring protocols and performance indicators for ecological restoration programs, was on the implementation team for SPR’s Asset Management and Work Order System, and spent five years doing CIP planning for the department.
