Maggie Keller

Program Manager at Office of Community Planning and Development of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (

Maggie Keller works as the Program Manager within the Office of Community Planning and Development of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Maggie is a Seattle native and graduate of the University of Washington’s Evans School of Public Affairs. She started her career in housing and community development working in Chicago for a Community Development Corporation and later worked in local government before entering the federal workforce. In HUD’s Office of CPD, Maggie leads a team of amazing housing and community development professionals. Together they support cities, counties, and non-profit entities in the implementation of several HUD programs including the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships Act, Emergency Solutions Grants, and the Continuum of Care program. She enjoys working with grant recipients, providing technical assistance, and learning from them as they work to address the challenges of housing and economic instability facing our communities.
