Joel is a Regenerative Transformation Leader, residing in Southeast Seattle adjacent to Cheasty Greenspace, one of Seattle’s many natural areas. He works with an eco-centric, shared commons mindset to drive positive communal change by enabling living systems.
His authenticity and integrity not only fuel his role as a forest steward reviving a forgotten natural area but also gave rise to the Cheasty Trails and Bike Park—the city’s first mountain bike trail system. This visionary achievement harmonizes people’s relationship with the local wooded parkland.
