Jerome Chou

Senior Planning Principal at Kounkuey Design Initiative

Jerome is a Senior Planning Principal at the design and community development nonprofit Kounkuey Design Initiative (KDI), where has led multiple projects addressing homelessness in public spaces. Before joining KDI, he worked for the Van Alen Institute, the Flint Public Art Project, the Design Trust for Public Space, James Corner Field Operations, and the Baltimore City Department of Planning. His experience spans landscape architecture, urban planning, and community organizing in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.

Jerome has Master’s Degrees in Urban Planning and Landscape Architecture from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design.
