Jake Moskowitz is the CIO of The Underline, a 10-mile linear park, multimodal trail, ecological corridor, and outdoor art destination underneath Miami’s elevated Metrorail. He leads The Underline’s innovation portfolio and is responsible for designing and developing pioneering technology to enhance the park’s visitor experiences, civic engagement, and operational efficiency. Jake has worked as a mobility entrepreneur, digital strategist, and startup mentor throughout the US and Latam. Before joining the Underline, he was the co-founder and CEO of Voyhoy, a multimodal travel platform allowing travelers to compare and buy bus, plane, and train tickets throughout South America.
