Amanda Barnett

Senior Planning and Development Specialist, Liaison at City of Seattle

Amanda is the Liaison between Seattle Parks and Recreation and Seattle Public Utilities, celebrating the nexus of water, cities, and people. She has worked as an engineer and planner in the public and private sectors in the Pacific Northwest. Her background includes work, research, and advocacy committed to local and regional urban environments, with a focus on sustainable infrastructure, ecosystem restoration, environmental and transportation justice, and water equity.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering a Master of City Planning, and Professional Certificates in Green Stormwater Infrastructure and New Media Studies
