This Peer Conversation will explore how community engagement, design solutions, and art can be used to make access to trails and greenway systems more equitable. Discussion leaders will share the story of a cohesive downtown parks and trails network that, through years of community visioning, piloting, and relationship development, has connected residents to one another and to community amenities. They will also discuss how public art can be used to engage and create a sense of ownership with community members, spurring new programming partnerships as well.
This Peer Conversation is open to all.
