Practitioners of Color Share Challenges and Strategies

Cohort Peer Conversation

The recognition of racism’s impact on social, mental, and physical well-being is validating for BIPOC communities, but also difficult when many continue to experience institutional harm in their organizational culture while also trying to educate those in power to shift culture.

This Peer Conversation is an opportunity for practitioners of color working in green spaces to collectively share how white supremacy operates within organizational culture and share practices and strategies for healing and sustaining ourselves in the work.

Note: This Peer Conversation is a closed session for those who identify as Black, Indigenous, and/or a person of color. Please respect the goals of the conference organizers and discussion leader in creating a space for this important discussion before signing up. Thank you.
