Cinceré Eades has served as the Natural Resources Planner with Department of Parks and Recreation for over 6 years. With a strong background in land use and natural resource planning, Cinceré works with multi-disciplinary teams to develop strategic solutions to complex park and drainage projects. Her experience as a planner and project manager provides input on community and stakeholder outreach, design, restoration, natural resource assessments and planning. As the liaison with Urban Drainage and Flood Control District and for the Denver Wastewater Management Division, Cinceré coordinates projects and provides technical expertise in native vegetation, water quality and recreation planning and implementation for stormwater related projects.
Cinceré holds a Bachelors in Community and Regional Planning from Appalachian State, and a Masters of Urban and Regional Planning with a concentration in Environmental Planning from the University of Colorado at Denver.
