Elizabeth has deep experience managing national and local service programs from the Department of the Interior in Washington, D.C., to community nonprofits in Appalachia. As a biracial woman with a Master of Public Administration, Elizabeth is committed to empowering more youth and people of color through transformational internships in their local public lands. Elizabeth was the inaugural recipient of the University of Washington's Evans School of Public Policy & Governance’s Hubert G. Locke Award for her efforts in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
