Yves Zsutty

Former Division Manager for Capital Improvement Program at City of San Jose

Yves Zsutty is a technical parks development professional with over 30 years of experience. Yves currently contracts on delivery of projects via Accenia LLc. As a Division Manager for the City of San Jose’s $350M (5-year) Capital Improvement Program division, he guided a team in delivery of parks, trails and small projects. Yves has guided development of San Jose’s trail network for 17 years, planning a network to serve both recreational and commuting objectives and delivering 40 miles of Class I Bikeway Trails by securing over $40,000,000 in grant funding from Local, State and Federal sources. San Jose’s existing 62-mile urban trail network is already one of the nation’s largest and recognized by the FHWA for Transportation Planning Excellence. Yves has a degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University.
