Ted Enoch

Director of Catalyst at Partnerships for Parks

Ted Enoch has been a leader in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion field for over 25 years. He is currently the Director of Catalyst at Partnerships for Parks (PfP), a joint program of NYC Parks and City Parks Foundation. Catalyst has a 25-year history of addressing equity gaps that challenge NYC parks and communities, leading impactful, collaborative projects, and creating models for subsequent PfP and NYC Parks initiatives.

Prior to joining PfP in 2015, Ted led multiple social justice and equity-driven programs, including Directing the ASK Program, an alternative-to-incarceration program for Washington, DC youth; Creating and leading programs to support Philadelphia children with incarcerated parents with the Pennsylvania Prison Society; and Directing Education and Outreach Programs for the Philadelphia social justice and arts activism organization, Spiral Q. Ted is also a highly experienced facilitator and leader of community conversations.
