Justin DiBerardinis works for the Department of Parks and Recreation as the Director of FDR Park in South Philadelphia. He is leading the parks’ efforts to foster diversity, inclusion, and cross-cultural dialogue in public space through the implementation of the transformational FDR Park Masterplan. Justin is a lifelong Philadelphian with a passion for the City and a deep belief in the power of public space to inspire and shape the values of a community.
