Elizabeth currently serves as Executive Director of the Upper Westside Community Improvement District (CID), a position she has held for 5 years. The Upper Westside CID works to improve the quality of life for everyone in the district through advocacy and investments in transportation and public space. Elizabeth is in charge of the CID’s fundraising, day-to-day operations, and partnerships.
Elizabeth’s vehicle of choice is an orange electric cargo bike. She is looking forward to breaking in the CID’s new protected bike lanes. With each CID infrastructure project, Elizabeth particularly enjoys finding opportunities to highlight the history, art, and ecology that help make the district so vibrant.
Elizabeth is a native of Atlanta with an undergraduate business degree from the University of Virginia and a masters degree in City and Regional Planning from Georgia Tech. Outside of work, she is a big fan of musicals and serves on the Advisory Board of the Alliance Theatre.
