Elisa has worked for the City of Philadelphia since 2013 and is currently serving as the Park Stewardship Administrator for Philadelphia Parks and Recreation.
Her team works with over 130 Park Friends Groups as well as leading group and individual volunteer programs.
Her background is in community organizing, strategic partnerships and urban agriculture.
She is an avid gardener and nature lover.
