Carlos Perez is the president of Perez Planning + Design, specializing in Parks System and Active-Transportation Planning and Design. He has consulted with over 70 municipalities throughout the United States. Carlos also serves on the Boards of the City Parks Alliance, Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, Inc., Georgia Institute of Technology College of Design, and University of Florida Department of Landscape Architecture.
