Inclusive Practices for Volunteer Management

In this peer-to-peer conservation, the Natural Areas Conservancy (NAC) will share information about its Super Steward Trail Maintainer program, a volunteer program conducted in partnership with NYC Parks. Presenters will address topics of engagement, recruitment, retention methodologies, and success measures to explore impactful avenues for leadership development and volunteer management.
